What we collect
(1) Information you send us through forms, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, country and the details of your inquiry. (2) Payment information for paid services, collected and processed by our payment provider — we do not see or store your full card details. (3) Usage data collected by analytics and security tools: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry and provide services you request; to coordinate with the licensed professionals involved in your case, only with your consent; to send information you asked for; to improve the website; to keep the site secure; and to meet legal obligations.
Service providers we use
Google (Workspace email and Google Sheets for managing inquiries; Google Analytics), Cloudflare (website security and delivery), our web hosting provider, Telegram (internal notifications of new inquiries), Stripe (payments for paid services) and WhatsApp/Meta (if you choose to contact us there). These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share your details with a third-party professional only when you ask us to introduce you, or with your consent.
International transfers
We are a U.S. company and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and provide services, and then for up to 3 years for record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@truvonglobal.com. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
